Police Pass Office

Taking the inspiration of the existing ceiling structure and site context, the concept of aircraft hangar was derived for the façade/exterior space.

 

Hangars are built of metal, wood, concrete, hence the proposed material scheme is closely related. Hangars are also used for protection from the weather, assembly and storage of aircraft. Adding a stable personality to the space as the pass office also plays an important part in ensuring the security for the Changi airfreight centre.

 

For the office interior, the design scheme focus in a comfortable and productive work environment to promote work efficiency.
